The family here at Up North has been caring for this area for the last 100 years.
We updated and expanded from our ancestral home to create this beautiful lodge
so we can share our love of this land with others. We built this lodge for people who want to enjoy the wilderness around them; large windows, expansive wrap-around porch, beautiful
views of White Deer Lake and the mountains north.
Our cabins are historic but kept up-to-date with modern technology. They were built on the property between 50 and 200 years ago by our ancestors. Naturally we have had to replace a few odds and ends, but we have strived to keep that historic look and feel. We have various cabins perfect for anything anyone needs, be it a person going alone, a couple, or a family looking to get away.
